Low Cycle Fatigue Test Method with 1 000 kN Electronic Tensile Testing Machine Based on Test Suite TW Software
摘 要
采用一台常规MTS 1000kN电子拉伸试验机配置全自动引伸计、套筒式8000psi液压夹具,配合MTS公司的Test Suite TW软件,设计研发出了一套可应力、应变控制的低周疲劳测试方法.该方法可对测试速率进行设置,实时显示、采集、复验波形,可在配备Test Suite控制软件的MTS电子拉伸试验机系统上推广,提供一套低成本的低周疲劳检测方案,特别适用于材料大应变、短时低周疲劳的日常检测.
Abstract
Using MTS 1 000 kN electronic tensile testing machine which was configurated with automatic extensometer,telescopic 8 000 psi hydraulic fixture and Test Suite TW software of MTS Company,a set of stress and strain controlled low cycle fatigue test method was designed.The method could set test velocity,real-time display,acquire and re-inspect the wave type,and could be promoted on MTS electronic tensile testing machine system equipped with Test Suite TW software.It provided a set of low cycle fatigue detection scheme with low cost,and was especially suitable for routine detection of large strain and short time low cycle fatigue test.
