Influence of Hot Straightening Temperature on Fatigue Properties of S355J2W+N Low Alloy Steel Butt Joints
摘 要
通过对经不同温度火焰热矫正的S355J2W+N低合金钢对接接头(去掉余高)进行疲劳、断口扫描电镜分析等试验,研究了热矫正温度对S355J2W+N低合金钢对接接头疲劳性能的影响.结果表明:热矫正温度对该接头的疲劳性能有一定影响,其中800 ℃矫正接头(去掉余高)的疲劳性能最好,700 ℃矫正接头(去掉余高)的疲劳性能最差,比不矫正时略低;建议将S355J2W+N低合金钢对接接头的热矫正温度控制在800~1 000 ℃.
Abstract
The influence of hot straightening temperature on fatigue properties of S355J2W+N low alloy steel butt joints (without reinforcement)was studied through fatigue test and fractography analysis to specimens which were flame straightened at different temperature.The results show that the hot straightening temperature had a certain effect on the fatigue properties of the joints.The fatigue properties of the joints hot straightened at 800 ℃ was the best and the fatigue properties of the joints hot straightened at 700 ℃ was the worst,which was even worse than those of the joints without hot straightening.So the hot straightening temperature of S355J2W+N low alloy steel butt joints was suggested to be controlled in the range of 800~1 000 ℃.
