Radiographic Testing of the Pitot Tube
摘 要
空速管是飞机大气传感系统的重要组成部分,管体内部有丝状加热器螺旋缠绕在管体内壁并与之焊接.根据这一焊接结构和目前的焊接工艺水平,通过多种无损检测方法的主要优缺点分析,得出X射线实时成像方法是检测空速管内加热器与管壁焊接情况最直观、最有效的方法的结论.该方法不仅可以实现每圈加热丝一周焊接状况的有效检测,还将使检测时间缩短90%以上.
Abstract
Pitot tube is an important part of the aircraft atmospheric sensing system and is of a particular construction of the filament heater spirally wound into the inner wall of the tube and welded with it.According to the welded structure and the current level of welding technology,X-ray imaging system is the most intuitive and effective way to detect the welding conditions of the pitot heater and the inner wall of the tube by a simple analysis of the main advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods.The method can not only realize the effective detection of the welding status of the heating wire in each lap,but also shorten the detection time by more than 90%
