CATHODIC PROTECTION FEASIBILITY OF WATER HEATERS
摘 要
通过实验确定了热水器内胆的腐蚀机理;获得在水环境中腐蚀与防护的各种电化学参数;对保护方法进行了优化.国内外贮水式热水器多采用镁阳极进行防腐蚀保护,该方法由于镁阳极与被保护体的电位差太大,产生过极化使镁棒消耗很快,使用寿命一般不超过两年.贮水式热水器外加电流保护是一种理想的方法,其辅助阳极由难溶贵金属组成,采用恒槽压法控制,方法简单可靠,运行过程中没有阳极分解产物.阳极使用寿命长,可以达到热水器终身免更换维护.
Abstract
The corrosion mechanism and electrochemical performance of water heater inner hull were studied experimentally alloy and the protection method was optimized.Magnesium sacrificial anode was usually adopted to protect the inner hull of water heaters.The disadvantage of this method was that the potential difference between magnesium anode and inner hull was too big.The consuming of anode was quick so that the anode life was less than 2 years.Impressed current cathodic protection method is a perfect method used in water heater.A noble metal is adopted as the auxiliary anode and cathode is the water heater inner hull.The system adopts constant voltage controlling method,it is easy and convenient.The anode will not be dissolved and has long life,so the water heater can be used for long time.
