PHOSPHATING SOLUTION FOR PRETREATMENT OF CORRODED TRANSMISSION TOWERS BEFORE PAINTING
摘 要
输电杆塔长期运行后表面热镀锌层严重锈蚀,通过探讨锈层转化和锌层磷化的作用机理,研制了一种能同时转化锈层和磷化锌层的磷化液,确定了其关键组分锈层转化剂CUT-051和锌层缓蚀剂CUT-052.试验结果表明,该磷化液可在锈蚀热镀锌表面形成磷酸盐保护膜,作为涂装前处理剂使用效果良好.
Abstract
The hot-dip galvanized layer of transmission towers usually becomes rusty after a long running time.Through analyzing the mechanism of rust conversion and zinc phosphating,a kind of phosphating solution has been developed,which can convert the rust and zinc phosphate at the same time.The key components CUT-051 of rust conversion and CUT-052 of inhibitor for zinc have been determined.The phosphating solution can form phosphate film on the rusty surface of metal so that it can be used as antirust agent of painting.
