ANTI-CORROSION METHODS OF OIL-STOLEN ORIFICE IN UNDERGROUND OIL-PIPELINE
摘 要
介绍了对盗油孔可用的防腐蚀方法,对各种方法的优缺点和适应性进行了分析.还研究了不同防护层与不同金属表面粘结的剪切强度,以及不同表面处理情况对其剪切强度的影响.结果表明,表面状况严重影响防腐蚀涂层与钢板粘接的剪切强度,表面处理越好其粘接效果越好.输油管盗油孔封堵后的防腐蚀应选择与管体防护层相同的材料和适宜的方法.
Abstract
Several anti-corrosion methods of oil-stolen orifice in underground oil-pipeline are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of different anti-corrosion methods as well as their adaptability are analyzed.Based on experiments of shear strength of anti-corrosion layer with different surface conditions,the data of shear strength and the influence of surface pretreatment conditions on the performance of anti-corrosion layer have been obtained.The results of the research can provide guidance for field operation.
