CORROSION OF THE BURIED PIPELINE IN DAQING TOUTAI OIL FIELD
摘 要
对使用多年的埋地管线进行腐蚀调查很有必要.通过对大庆头台油田采油1区2号5阀组间至5785油井和5786油井的单环管线的管地电位、土壤电阻率、防腐绝缘层电阻率、壁厚等项目的测试,调查分析了管线的腐蚀状况,并进行了开挖验证.由于外防腐保温层破损,导致聚氨酯保温层进水,使管道局部发生了电化学腐蚀.由此提出了局部修复加阴极保护的建议.
Abstract
The testing of some parameters,such as pipeline potential,soil resistivity,resistivity of the anticorrosion and insulation layer,and thickness of the ring pipelines connecting the No.2-5 valve groups to No.5785 and No.5786 oil wells in No.1 oil production area of Daqing Oil Field,indicated that the damage of the surface anticorrosion and heat insulating layer resulted in the water entering to the polyurethane heat insulating layer and caused the local electrochemical corrosion in pipelines.A protection methods of local repair plus cathodic protection was proposed.
