PROPERTIES AND SYNTHESIS OF INHIBITIVE WATER-SOLUBLE POLYANILINE
摘 要
采用苯胺及其衍生物进行共聚制备缓蚀水溶性聚苯胺,用腐蚀浸泡失重法研究了苯胺衍生物比例、单体浓度、氧化剂浓度、酸度、反应温度及时间对其缓蚀性能的影响.研究结果表明,苯胺衍生物比例、单体浓度、氧化剂浓度、酸度、反应温度对缓蚀水溶性聚苯胺的缓蚀性能都具有较大的影响,而反应时间对聚合产物的缓蚀性能没有显著影响.
Abstract
Polyaniline was synthesized by aniline and derivative aniline.The weight lost of immersion corrosion was used to investigate the effects of the ratio of aniline to its derivative,concentration of aniline,oxidant,acidity,reaction temperature and time on the inhition of synthesized products.The ratio of aniline to its derivative,concentration of aniline,oxidant,acidity,reaction temperature showed remarkable effects on inhibition,but the reaction time had little effect.
