PROPERTIES OF ANTI-FORMATION OF SCALE AND WAX FOR THE ORGANIC COATING IN HIGH TEMPERATURE AND HIGH PRESSURE ENVIRONMENT
摘 要
对克拉玛依油田注水及输油管线内壁结垢及结蜡量进行了室内模拟试验,分别研究了其管壁涂敷前后结垢及结蜡的变化,涂敷YH-16无溶剂环氧和美国帕罗特环氧涂料后,在两种涂层上的蜡沉积量比较接近,仅为涂敷前结蜡量的14.7%和16.7%,结垢分别为28.9%和27.6% .涂敷前后试样表面形成的蜡和垢与基体的结合力有明显差异,金属表面形成的垢比较致密,结合力强,不易去除;有机涂层表面形成的垢比较疏松,结合力弱,容易去除.
Abstract
Through lab simulating testing of the scale formation and wax formation on the inner wall of pipelines for injecting water and transporting oil in Karamay Oilfield,the difference of scale formation and wax formation on the inner wall of pipelines before painting and after painting was studied.After painting solvent-free epoxy coating named YH-16 made in China and Powercrete coating made in USA on the inner surface of pipelines,the quantity of wax deposition on both coatings was quite similar.The quantity of wax depositiong on the coating surface was 14.7% for YH-16 and 16.7% for Powercrete respectively,and the quantity of scale deposition on the coating surface was 28.9% for YH-16 and 27.6% for Powercrete respectively.The scale formation on bare metal surface was compact and difficult to be wiped off,the scale formation on coating surface was loose and easy to be wiped off.
