COMBINED METHOD FOR INCREASING RECIRCULATING WATER CONCENTRATION RATE IN THERMAL POWER PLANT
摘 要
仪化热电厂将循环水用作冲灰水,导致浓缩倍率只有1.6以及凝汽器铜管腐蚀结垢严重.针对此问题,提出了隔断循环水与冲灰水的直接联系,将循环水系统改为闭路循环,对凝汽器铜管进行酸洗,向循环水中添加缓蚀阻垢剂、杀菌灭藻剂和增设旁流过滤系统等办法.全部措施实施后热电厂获得了很好的经济效益.
Abstract
Circulating water was used for washing ash-water in the Thermal Power Plant of Yizheng Chemical Fibre Company,which led to a low concentration rate of 1.6 as well as scale and corrosion problem of condenser copper pipes.A combined method was proposed i.e.,to separate circulating water from washing ash-water and form closed circulating,make acid dipping of condenser copper pipe,add scale and corrosion inhibitor,and perform sterilization and filtration.Those processes have produced good economy benefit.
