FAILURE ANALYSIS OF THE CENTRAL TUBE IN A WASTE HEAT BOILER FOR SULPHUR RECOVERY UNIT
摘 要
为了查找硫磺回收装置废热锅炉中心管的损坏原因,对废热锅炉进行理化分析并结合设计制造、选材、运行工况、腐蚀、应力等方面进行综合分析,发现该废热锅炉设计结构不合理,工艺操作存在问题.当中心管末端调节阀开大时,中心管主要损坏原因为高温氧化;当中心管末端调节阀关闭及开度较小时主要为硫酸露点腐蚀和湿性硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂.
Abstract
Through physical,and chemical analyses from design,material selection,production,running condition,corrosion and stress.When the adjustment at the end of the central pipeline was opened too widely,the main reason for the damage of the central pipeline was high temperature oxidization.When the adjustment was closed or the openness was not enough,the main reasons for the damage were corrosion sulfuric acid dew point corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.
