INFLUENCE OF CONCENTRATION OF Na2CO3 ON CORROSION OF X70 STEEL
摘 要
用塔菲尔极化曲线法、阳极动电位扫描法和交流阻抗法研究了X70钢在不同浓度Na2CO3溶液中的腐蚀行为,结果表明,随着Na2CO3浓度的增加,腐蚀速率先减小后增大,自腐蚀电位先正移后负移.当Na2CO3浓度较低时,交流阻抗谱表现为一个容抗弧和一个感抗弧.而当Na2CO3浓度增大到0.1mol/L时,X70钢开始钝化,交流阻抗谱表现为一个容抗弧.当浓度继续增大时,钝化性能下降.
Abstract
The corrosion behavior of X70 steel was studied by means of Tafel polarization,anodic linear potential sweep and EIS.With the increase of concentration of Na2CO3,the corrosion rate decreased firstly and then increased,while the corrosion potential increased firstly and then decreased.When the concentration of Na2CO3 was low,the Nyquist diagram was composed of a capacitive loop and an inductive loop.When the concentration of Na2CO3 was 0.1 mol/L,X70 steel began to be passivated,and the Nyquist diagram consisted of a single capacitive loop.When the concentration of Na2CO3 was higher,the capacitive loop became smaller,and the passivation was more difficult to occur.
