COATING-FORMING CONDITIONS AND TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENT OF ZINC SYSTEM PHOSPHATING SOLUTION
摘 要
以自行研制的LS-408锌系磷化液为基础,从酸比、温度等方面探讨了锌系磷化液的最佳成膜条件,对柠檬酸的加入量和加入改进剂进行了试验研究,结果表明:加入2 g/L改进剂A和0.8~1.2 g/L改进剂B后,能显著提高磷化膜的致密度和一致性,在膜重没有增加的情况下,使抗蚀性提高了3~4倍.
Abstract
The optimized film-forming conditions of zinc phosphating solution,including acid ratio and temperature were evaluated on the basis of self developed LS-408 solution.The content of citric acid and improver was also studied.The density and the uniformity of the coating formed were notablely improved by adding 2 g/L improver A and 0.8~1.2 g/L improver B.And corrosion resistance of phosphate coatings increased by 3~4 times without increasing the weight of the coatings.
