CORROSION BEHAVIORS OF FOUR STEELS IN CO2-SATURATED BRINE
摘 要
利用失重法和金相分析法研究了四种钢材在CO2饱和盐水溶液中的腐蚀行为.研究表明,16Mn、X60和20#钢三种钢材的平均腐蚀速率较低,但容易发生点蚀;而X70钢试验初期腐蚀速率较大,是前者的2~3倍,但点蚀相对较轻.随着试验时间的延长,X70钢的腐蚀速率逐渐下降.它们腐蚀行为的差异可能与四种材料的显微组织有关.
Abstract
Corrosion behaviors of four steels in CO2-saturated NaCl solution were studied by weight-loss method.The general corrosion rates of steels 16Mn,X60 and 20# were low,but their pitting corrosion was more likely to occur.The initial corrosion rate of steel X70 was two or three times higher than that of steels 16Mn,X60 and 20#,but the pitting corrosion rate of X70 was lower.The corrosion rate of steel X70 gradually decreased with progress of the test.The analysis of metallurgical microstructure was used to explain the difference in corrosion behaviors.
