AN ECONOMICAL FAST BRUSH PLATING TECHNIOLOGY
摘 要
电刷镀适合于不易搬动的大型零件的修补.但传统镍钨钴配方的镀速较低,而快速商品镀液的成本高.因此,研究较为经济的快速电刷镀工艺具有重要意义.用千分尺和扫描电镜SEM测试方法,实测了电源波形、硫酸镍、次亚磷酸钠、复合络合剂对电刷镀的镀速和镀层形貌的影响,确定了经济、快速电刷镀镍磷的配方和工艺参数,适用于耐磨钢件的电刷镀.
Abstract
Brush plating is fit for the repairing of the good-sized parts that can not easily be moved.However,it has relatively slow plating-speed when traditional formulas,such as nickel-tungsten-cobalt formula,are used.Fast-brush-plating solution has a high price.Therefore,it is very significant to develop an economical fast brush plating technology.The effects of power wave form,nickel sulfate,hypo-sodium phosphate and complex agent on the speed and plating layer morphology of brush plating were studied using scale micrometer and SEM. An economical fast nickel-phosphorous brush plating formula and technology,which can be used for the brush plating of wear-resisting steel parts,has been developed.
