CORROSION ANALYSES OF DILUTED STEAM GENERATING SYSTEM OF EA1123 ETHYLENE PLANT
摘 要
某乙烯装置EA1123稀释蒸汽发生器在最近运行17个月中发生腐蚀泄漏13次.本文从设备、工艺上分析了腐蚀原因,认为工艺水中含有大量硫化物,碱,形成NaOH-H2O和H2S-H2O腐蚀体系.在稀释蒸汽发生器中,腐蚀性介质由于蒸发浓缩产生强酸或强碱性腐蚀而引起换热管外壁局部腐蚀穿孔;提出了工艺防腐蚀措施.
Abstract
The leakage due to corrosion of the dilution steam generator of ethylene plant EA1123 occurred 13 times in recent 17 months.According to a detailed analysis of the corrosion reasons in the equipment and technology,main reason was regarded as that there was a mass of sulfide and alkali in water and subseguently NaOH-H2S-H2O corrosion system was formed.The localized corrosion perforation of the outer heat-exchange tube was caused by the strong acid and alkaline corrosion system produced by evaporating concentration of the corrosive medium in the dilution steam generator.Some protection measures are proposed.
