APPLICATION OF RISK-BASED INSPECTION TO MDEA REGENERATOR AND ANALYSES FOR ITS CORROSION MECHANISM
摘 要
运用基于风险的检验技术(RBI)对MDEA再生塔进行了风险分析,得到了塔体各部件具体的失效可能性、失效后果和风险等级.通过软件的分析结果和实际腐蚀情况,分析了MDEA再生塔的腐蚀机理,主要是胺、CO2和H2S引起的腐蚀以及保温层下腐蚀,并由此制定了检验策略.提出了开展RBI工作的建议.
Abstract
The risk-based inspection (RBI) technique was used to analyze the risk of MDEA regenerator,the failure possibility,consequence and risk grade of each component of the regenerator were obtained.The corrosion mechanism for the regenerator was analyzed based on the risk assessment results and corrosion case.The corrosion was mainly caused by amine,CO2,H2S and some reactions under thermal insulation.The inspection strategy was determined based on the analysis.Some suggestions about the development of RBI works were also proposed.
