PROPERTIES OF A HIGHLY EFFICIENT COMPOUNND CORROSION INHIBITOR IN OFFSHORE OILFIELD
摘 要
缓蚀剂HYH-4251经室内静态挂片失重法、高压动态法、极化曲线测量、乳化倾向实验、起泡倾向实验、配伍性实验和第三方评价及现场应用等结果表明,该缓蚀剂能有效地抑制腐蚀,具有乳化倾向小、起泡倾向小、能与多种在用化学药剂配伍使用等特点;是一种新型的混合抑制型缓蚀剂;它比较适合番禺油田油水介质和工况条件,能满足现场防腐蚀的需要.
Abstract
Corrosion inhibitor HYH-4251 has been investigated by using dynamic high pressure coupon testing,polarization curve measurement,compatibility test with incumbent scale inhibitor and demulsifier,third party evaluation and on-site application.All results have demonstrated that this corrosion inhibitor is a mixed type of absorptive inhibitor and can effectively inhibit localized corrosion with characteristics of low emulsification and good compatibility.
