SURFACE PLATING OF MAGNETIC PURE IRON AND ITS EFFECT ON BASIC MAGNETIC PROPERTY
摘 要
针对生产过程中磁性DT4C和不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti焊接组合件,化学镀镍结合力不佳的因素及提高结合力的方法进行了研究.确定了焊接氧化皮的去除方法;对产品采用预镀镍-化学镀镍方案,可以得到结合力良好、厚度均满足要求的镍镀层;采用此工艺对零部组件的磁性能:矫顽力Hc、磁感应强度B500、最大磁导率均无影响.
Abstract
The reason and improvement method of poor conjunction of chemical electronickelling for welded combined parts of magnetic DT4C and stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti were studied.The method to remove welding oxide skin was determined.By pre-electronickelling,i.e.,electroless nickel-plating on products,nickel plate which had good bonding force and uniform thickness,and no effect on magnetic properties of parts including coercive force Hc,magnetic induction strength B500 and maximum permeability was obtained.
