IMPROVENENT OF SYNTHESIS METHOD OF MANNICH BASE INHIBITOR
摘 要
以甲醛、环己胺、苯乙酮为主要原料,利用Mannich反应合成Mannich碱,考察了原料配比对Mannich碱缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能的影响,确定了Mannich碱的优化合成工艺.当甲醛、环己胺和苯乙酮的物质的量之比为3∶2∶3 时,Mannich碱缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果最好.在60 ℃ 20%的盐酸中,Mannich碱用量为1.0%时,钢片腐蚀速率为0.36 g·m-2·h-1,在90℃ 20%的盐酸中,Mannich碱用量为2.0%时,钢片腐蚀速率为1.2 g·m-2·h-1.
Abstract
Mannich base was synthesized by the Mannich reaction from formaldehyde,cyclohexylamine and acetophenone.The effect of material ratio on inhibiting action was investigated and the reaction conditions were determined.When the mass ratio of formaldehyde,cyclohexylamine and acetophenone was 3∶2∶3,the inhibition efficiency was best.At 60 ℃,20% HCl with 1.0% inhibitor,the corrosion rate was 0.36 g·m-2·h-1.At 90 ℃,20% HCl with 2.0% inhibitor,the corrosion rate was 1.2 g·m-2·h-1.
