Foam Jacket Anticorrosion and Thermal Insulation Structure
摘 要
介绍了泡沫夹克防腐保温结构输油管道的现状,对其腐蚀失效的原因进行了分析.钢管在无防腐层的情况下直接包覆泡沫保温结构,补口失效、夹克层破损和保温层进水是造成管体腐蚀的主要原因.对常用的防腐层、保温层和外防护层材料的性能和特点进行了比较,探讨了环氧粉末(煤焦油磁漆)防腐层-聚氨酯泡沫保温层-煤焦油磁漆防护层的新型防腐保温结构,并对其施工中的有关问题进行了讨论.
Abstract
The status and corrosion reason of foam jacket anticorrosion and thermal insulation structure used in oil pipelines are introduced.For bare steel pipes wrapped by polyurethane(PU) foam thermal insulation without anticorrosive coating,failure in coating joint,cleft and disfigurement of polyethylene(PE) layer and water penetration into the thermal insulation layer are main reasons that cause the pipe corrosion.The characteristics of common materials used for anticorrosive coating,thermal insulation and outer shield are compared.A new 3-layer anticorrosion and thermal insulation structure composed by fusion bonded epoxy(FBE) (coal tar enamel),PU foam thermal insulation and coal tar enamel is discussed and some issues related to applying this new structure are also discussed.
