Cathodic Protection of Outdoor Removable Deep Well Anodic Casing
摘 要
针对黄土高原地区单井或二口井井组的油水井套管外腐蚀问题,在长庆油田开展了户外深井可更换阳极的阴极保护试验.MMO阳极与硅铸铁复合运行的阴极保护系统运行电压≤16 V,在阳极井井深≥200 m下可实现MMO阳极更换,套管的保护深度达1 400 m以上.该项技术为类似黄土高原地区已完井的单井或二口井井组的套管保护提供了经济适用的解决方案.
Abstract
For outer corrosion of casing of single or double well cluster in loess plateau area,the CP technology of outdoor removable deep well anodic in Changqing Oilfield was tested.When the CP system operating voltage of the composite anode of MMO and silicon cast iron was less than 16 V and the anodic well depth was more than 200 m,the depth of casings protected was more than 1 400 m and the MMO anode was removable.This technology offers an economic and suitable way to protect the casings of complete single or double well clusters in the oilfield similar to that in loess plateau area.
