Blackening of Bearing Stainless Steel 9Cr18
摘 要
研究了轴承不锈钢9Cr18的发黑工艺.将发黑处理后的9Cr18钢轴承增加电解工艺,从而大幅度提高了轴承的耐蚀性,同时不降低其硬度.扫描电镜和俄歇能谱分析表明,其耐蚀的原因是因为表面膜中的Cr/Fe比明显增加.
Abstract
The technology of blackening for bearing stainless steel 9Cr18 was studied.The electrolytic technology could greatly improve the corrosion resistance of blackened bearing stainless steel and its hardness was maintained.The scanning electron microscopy (SEC) and auger electron spectroscopy (AES) showed that the main factors of corrosion resistance was the increasing of the rate of Fe/Cr in the black film.
