Steel HP40 Coated by Alumina Film and Its Anticoking Ability
摘 要
采用金属有机化学气相沉积法(MOCVD)在HP40钢表面制备了Al2O3薄膜,通过EDS能谱分析和扫描电镜(SEM)测试分析了涂层的微观组织和表面形貌.结果表明,该薄膜在乙烯裂解的高温条件下抑制结焦率为65%左右,Al2O3薄膜大大提高了HP40钢的抗结焦能力.
Abstract
Alumina film was deposited on the steel HP40 surface using metal-organic chemical vapor deposition technology,then its anti-coking ability was investigated by means of EDS and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The experimental results showed that this film could obtain anti-coking ability under the condition of high temperature and its anti-coking ratio was 65%,highly improved the anti-coking ability of steel HP40.
