Present Status of Optical Fiber Corrosion Sensor Based on Corrosion-Sensitive Metal Film
摘 要
介绍了基于金属腐蚀敏感膜的光纤腐蚀传感器的原理,较全面地阐述了这种传感器的研究现状,明确指出了目前这种传感器存在的一个主要问题,即目前这种传感器还不能定量地判断出金属的腐蚀状况.
Abstract
The sensing principle of optical fiber corrosion sensor based on corrosion-sensitive metal film is introduced.The present status of research on this kind of sensor is elaborated.A main problem of the sensor is that the sensor cant monitor corrosion quantitatively at present.
