Analyses of Corrosion Failure of N80 Water Injection Tubing
摘 要
对一例腐蚀穿孔的表面氮化N80注水管进行了腐蚀产物X射线衍射分析和金相组织分析,结果表明失效注水管的腐蚀产物是Fe3O4和FeOOH,钢管近内壁母材存在大量的非金属夹杂物和带状组织,内壁表面粗糙度较大导致渗氮层不连续,是造成注水管发生严重氧腐蚀的主要原因,油井污水内含有大量的氯离子对注水管的腐蚀穿孔起到加速作用.
Abstract
A failed surface nitrided N80 water injection tubing was analyzed through microstructure examination and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the corrosion products were Fe3O4 and FeOOH.There were a lot of non-metallic inclusions and banded structure in the metal adjacent to the inner surface of the tubing,and rough surface of the internal wall resulted in a discontinuous nitriding layer.Those might be the main reasons of the tubing corrosion.A mass of Cl- in the contaminated well water also accelerated the corrosion of the tubing.
