Rusting Behavior and Preventing Measures of Hot-rolled Steel Plates for Automobile
摘 要
汽车热轧钢板是钢铁企业的一类重要热轧产品,依生产、运输和贮存环境的不同,其锈蚀行为可表现为捆包表面钢板的均匀腐蚀和捆包内部钢板表面的局部腐蚀,前者仅造成热轧钢板的均匀减薄和表面粗糙度的增加,但后者将在钢板基体上产生严重的“麻坑”状腐蚀缺陷,直接影响下游用户的使用.本文分析了汽车大梁用热轧钢板锈蚀行为的基本特征、发生规律和影响因素,并提出了相应的预防措施.
Abstract
As one of the important sorts of hot-rolled products,hot-rolled steel plates for automobile generally undergo uniform corrosion or localized corrosion according to various environments in the manufacturing,transportation and/or storage processes.The general corrosion,often taking place on the outer surface of the plate in the outside part of a package,only reduces the thickness of plates and increases the surface roughness slightly,but the localized corrosion on the surface of the plate inside the package is likely to result in the formation of pits on the substrate of plates,which is not able to be removed by the general pickling or sand blasting process and influences the application of these plates.The phenomena,characteristics and influencing factors of the rusting behavior of hot-rolled steel plates for automobile are analyzed and the corresponding preventing measures are proposed.
