Coating Method for Improving the Concrete Carbonization Resistance of Sanhe Navigation Lock
摘 要
三河船闸建于1970年,经过三十多年的运行,混凝土表面出现碳化、裂缝和钢筋外露锈蚀.介绍了优止水高效防水剂(U-Seal)和SP优止水装饰涂料(Super Pro-Seal)的性能,以及上、下游闸首混凝土表面碳化防护处理的涂装工艺和方法.应用结果表明涂层光滑、坚硬,无脱落、起皮和裂缝等现象,防护效果良好.
Abstract
After running for 30 years,carbonization,cracks and corrosion of steel have occurred on the surface of the concrete of Sanhe navigation lock which was built in 1970.The performance of waterproof agent of U-seal and Super Pro-seal,the technology and methods of coating for improving the carbonization resistance of the concrete surface in the upstream and downstream gates are introduced.The application results show that the surface of the concrete is smooth and hard ,and there is no shedding and cracks.
