Composite Deiceing Agents with High Efficiency and Corrosion Resistance
摘 要
以传统氯盐的融冰化雪能力为基础,根据冰点降低理论,通过单纯形重心设计,研究了不同氯盐的加合增效和冰点降低规律.结果表明不同配比的氯盐的融冰能力差别较大.比较了融雪主剂PSA溶液中磷酸盐、葡萄糖酸钠、硫酸锌、硫脲、硅酸钠、钼酸钠、钨酸钠等7种常用缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能,筛选出了适合PSA融雪剂的缓蚀剂配方.融冰试验、金属腐蚀试验、混凝土腐蚀试验、冰点测试试验、pH值测试及植物耐盐试验的结果表明,研制的PSA防腐蚀型融雪剂冰点低、融冰速率高,对碳钢和混凝土的腐蚀性小,对植物的损害小,符合相关标准要求,是高效的环保型融雪产品.
Abstract
Composite deiceing agents of various chlorides were prepared through simplex barycenter design,based on freezing point reduction theory.There was synergic effect on anti-corrosion behavior between sodium dihydrogen phosphate,sodium gluconate,zinc sulphate,thiourea,sodium silicate,sodium molybdate and sodium tungstate.The test results of ice-melting corrosion,concrete corrosion,freezing point,and the salinity tolerance of plants showed that the PSA series deiceing agents had low freezing points and no damage to metal,concrete and plants.They are highly effective and environmental friendly.
