Zinc Once Dipping and Its Solution for Mg-Li Alloy at Normal Temperature
摘 要
为了在常温下对镁锂合金表面进行浸锌,采用有机酸盐络合剂在传统浸锌溶液基础上制备新型浸锌溶液,对镁锂合金表面进行一次浸锌研究.采用扫描电子显微镜、电化学分析仪对一次浸锌层的微观形貌和电化学性能进行分析,结果表明常温下利用新型浸锌溶液可在镁锂合金表面得到细小、致密均匀的一次浸锌层,浸锌时间为5 min时锌晶粒基本覆盖了镁锂合金表面,并且此时镁锂合金的腐蚀电位正移幅度最大,腐蚀电流最小,容抗弧半径、溶液电阻和电荷转移电阻最大,镀镍层耐腐蚀性好,与基体的结合力最好,说明一次浸锌5 min时效果最佳.
Abstract
The traditional zinc dipping solution was modified with organic acid salt complexing agents to immerse zinc on Mg-Li alloy at normal temperature.Zinc once dipping on Mg-Li alloy surface was studied.SEM and electrochemical analyzer were used to analyze the micromorphology and electrochemical performance of the zinc once dipping layer.The results showed that the zinc once dipped layer obtained on Mg-Li alloy in new zinc dipping solution at normal temperature was fine,compact and homogeneous.The layer obtained at 5min mostly covered the Mg-Li alloy surface,which demonstrated the most positive corrosion potential,minimal corrosion current,largest radius of capacitive loops,electrolytic resistance and charge transfer resistance.The nickel-plate on the zinc dipped layer showed good corrosion resistance,and its adherence to Mg-Li alloy matrix was the best.
