Advances in Research of Silica Sol Coatings on Metals
摘 要
硅溶胶处理是近年来研究开发的一种金属表面处理新技术,具有无毒无污染和防腐蚀效果好的特点.本文介绍了国内外在镀锌钢、不锈钢、铜等金属或合金上采用硅溶胶涂层防腐蚀处理的工艺、涂层的耐腐蚀性能及成膜机理等方面的研究情况,并对该技术的应用前景作了展望.
Abstract
Silica sol treatment is a new developed technology for metal surface treatment,it has characteristics of environmental friendly and good anticorrosion properties.The treatment process,corrosion resistance and filming mechanism of the coatings on galvanized steels,stainless steels and copper alloys are introduced.The development prospect of this technology is also discussed.
