Corrosion Behavior of 80SS Pipeline Steel in Tarim Gas Field
摘 要
为了更好地认识80SS油管钢在气田中的耐腐蚀性能,促进其在油气田中的推广应用,模拟塔里木气田地下条件,研究其在含有H2S与CO2环境中的腐蚀行为.利用扫描电镜(SEM)与X射线衍射(XRD)法,对试样表面腐蚀形态与腐蚀产物进行分析,考察了温度、H2S与CO2含量对腐蚀速率的影响.结果表明:80SS油管钢在模拟环境中,在低温时以均匀腐蚀为主;温度升高,腐蚀速率增大,并逐渐转变为严重的局部腐蚀;80SS油管钢的抗硫性能较好,但抗CO2腐蚀性能较差,可用于含硫低碳的气田.
Abstract
To know the anticorrosion ability of 80SS pipeline steel in gas field and enhance its application in Tarimu gas field,the corrosion of 80SS pipeline steel was studied in a simulative environment of Tarimu gas field containing H2S and CO2.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to examine the composition and morphology of the corrosion samples.The effects of temperature and contents of H2S and CO2 on corrosion were also studied.The results showed that in the simulative environment,the corrosion of 80SS was mainly uniform corrosion at low temperatures,but the corrosion rate increased and transferred to severe localized corrosion with the increase of temperature.The 80SS had excellent performance of anticorrosion against H2S,but the anticorrosion ability against CO2 was poor.The 80SS is suitable for the gas field containing high H2S and low CO2.
