Relation Between Antistatic Property and Anti-corrosion Performance of Antistatic Coatings
摘 要
从添加型导静电涂料的导静电机理和钢铁的防腐蚀原理出发,讨论了导静电涂料导静电性能与防腐蚀性能的关系,认为具有良好导静电性能的涂料其防腐蚀性能必然较差的观点是值得商榷的.分析了市场上三类不同添加型导静电涂料的优缺点,提出了液体石油储罐内部的涂装防护措施,对于储罐内使用的导静电涂料,建议适当提高其耐盐雾性能指标.
Abstract
Based on the antistatic mechanism of doped antistatic coatings and the anti-corrosion principle of steels,the relations between the antistatic property and the anti-corrosion performance of antistatic coatings are discussed.The argument that a coating with good antistatic property must have poor corrosion resistance is discussed in this paper.The advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of doped antistatic coatings in the market are analyzed.In addition,the coating methods with different film thicknesses for the protection of the inner sides of the oil storage tank are presented.It is suggested that the anti-corrosion property of the antistatic coatings used for the inner sides of oil storage tanks should be enhanced.
