Evaluation of Rust Protection Performance of Rolling Emulsion
摘 要
分析了由轧制乳化液导致锈蚀产生的原因和轧制乳化液的防锈机理.结合特定生产条件,提出了一套评价轧制乳化液防锈性能的叠片滤纸法,采用该方法,对1#、2#轧制乳化液及其按不同体积配比后的乳化液的防锈性能进行了对比研究.结果表明:轧后乳化液残留、带卷的高温,退火后带钢表面残留物,在使用过程中乳化液中含有的铁皂、无机盐等是促进金属腐蚀的主要因素;实验室防锈试验1#轧制乳化液防锈性好,在工业生产中也表现出相同的防锈效果;把1#、2#轧制乳化液按不同体积配比后,对提高2#轧制乳化液的防锈性能有利,当体积比为3∶1时,防锈性能最好.
Abstract
The reasons of producing rust and anti-rust abilities of rolling emulsions were analyzed.Combining with given production conditions,a stack filter paper method for evaluation of rust protection performance was offered.The anti-rust property of two kinds of rolling emulsion and their compounds at different volume ratios was studied.Results showed that the remained emulsion,temperature of coiled stock after rolling,residue on strip steel after annealing,iron soap used in rolling emulsion and inorganic salt were main factors to accelerate metal corrosion;1#rolling emulsion showed good anti-rust behavior in lab test and could get the same property in industrial practical application.When the mixture ratio was 3∶1,rust protection performance of rolling emulsion was the best.
