Effect of Detergent on Corrosion Behavior of Q235 Steel in Contaminated Soils
摘 要
利用交流阻抗、扫描电镜、失重试验等方法,研究了污染土壤中存在不同浓度的同种洗涤剂时Q235钢腐蚀的变化规律.综合试验数据得出,污染土壤中洗涤剂的含量不同,对碳钢腐蚀的影响作用不同,含量低时以吸附作用为主,主要表现为减缓碳钢腐蚀:随着向污染土壤中加入洗涤剂量的增加,对Q235钢腐蚀的加速作用越来越明显.
Abstract
The corrosion behavior of Q235 steel in contaminated soils with different concentrations of detergent was studied by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and weight loss testing.The rusults showed that the influence of detergent on Q235 steel corrosion was dependent on the concentration of detergent. The detergent with low concentration can adsorb on the metal surface and reduce the corrosion rate of steel.With the increase of detergent concentration,the corrosion rate of Q235 steel can be accelerated.
