Analysis of Drill Collar Fracture in a Well with H2S
摘 要
对某井120.7mm钻铤断裂事故进行了调查研究,对钻铤材质、断口和裂纹形貌进行了试验分析.结果表明:钻铤材料符合SY/T5144-1997标准要求,钻铤裂纹和断口位置的硫含量远高于其它部位,钻铤断裂为H2S导致的应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC).
Abstract
The drill collar fracture accident in a H2S-containing well was studied.The fracture showed intergranular morphology and the sulfur content was higher in the cracks than that in the other area of the drill collar.It is concluded that the drill collar material is in accordance with SY/T 5144-1997 standard requirement,and the fracture resulted from sulfide stress corrosion crack(SSCC).
