Anti-corrosion Performance of Graphite Epoxy Composite Materials on 30CrMo Steel
摘 要
通过自腐蚀电位测量、电偶腐蚀试验、中性盐雾试验等方法,评价了海水环境中表面铺覆碳纤维环氧复合材料的30CrMo钢的腐蚀性能.结果表明,碳纤维环氧复合材料具有良好的抗渗水性,完整的碳纤维环氧铺覆涂层对于30CrMo钢基体有优异的防护作用;但两者存在着较大的电位差,若表面铺覆不完整,或是出现破损,将导致钢基体遭受更为严重的电偶腐蚀.
Abstract
The anti-corrosion performance of 30CrMo steel covered with the graphite epoxy composite materials was evaluated in seawater through corrosion potential measurement,galvanic corrosion and neutral salt spray tests.The results show that the graphite epoxy composite materials can effectively prevent seawater corrosion.Intact graphite epoxy composite materials can excellently protect 30CrMo steels from corrosion.But there is an obvious potential difference between the graphite epoxy composite materials and 30CrMo steels.If the surface is not intact,or the surface exhibits some dilapidation,the steel will suffer more serious galvanic corrosion.
