Electrochemical Behavior in Corrosion of Gathering and Transfer Pipelines for CO2 Flooding
摘 要
采用电化学测试方法,研究了在油田地面集输环境下(40~80℃、CO2饱和)A3钢在四种不同含油率(0%,10%,15%,25%)的采出液中的腐蚀特性及电化学行为.极化曲线表明:在未通CO2和饱和CO2的油水乳状液中(含油率25%),从40~70 ℃,随着温度的升高,腐蚀电流密度Icorr增大,80 ℃反而减小:在饱和CO2油水乳状液中,随着乳状液含油率的升高,Icorr减小;饱和CO2的油水乳状液中的Icorr大于未通CO2条件下油水乳状液中的Icorr:一定温度下,Icorr随着采出液含油率的增大而减小,表明原油具有一定的缓蚀作用.
Abstract
The corrosion characteristics and electrochemical behaviors of A3 steel in a simulated oil well production fluid (40~80℃,CO2 saturated) with four different oil-bearing rates(0%,10%,15%,25%) were studied using electrochemical testing.The polarization curves showed that in the oil-water emulsion (oil-bearing rate 25%) without CO2 or saturated by CO2,with the increasing temperature from 40 ℃,the corrosion current density Icorr increased and reached maximum at 70 ℃ and then reduced at 80 ℃.In the oil-water emulsion saturated by CO2, with the increasing oil-bearing rate,Icorr decreased.It implied that the crude oil had inhibition effect on the corrosion of A3 steel in the simulated corrosive medium.
