Design and Manufacture of Rotation-jet Test Machine for Slurry Erosion-corrosion
摘 要
为了分析材料在海洋浪花飞溅区的腐蚀行为,综合运用机械设计制造、电力拖动、流体力学等原理知识,研制了一台旋转喷射式冲蚀试验机.初步试验表明,该试验机能较好地模拟海洋浪花飞溅区的工况,能有效地研究材料在给定试验条件下的电化学行为:并且该机操作简单,造价低廉,性能稳定,可用于材料的耐腐蚀和耐磨损性能对比及浆体冲刷腐蚀和冲蚀磨损机理研究.
Abstract
In order to analyze the failure of materials in splash zone,a rotation-jet test machine for slurry erosion-corrosion was designed and made by using the knowledge of mechanical design and manufacture,electrical motivation and hydromechanics.The primary tests showed that this machine could well simulate the environment of splash zone and analyze the electrochemcal behavior of materials under given conditions.The machine is easy to operate with low cost and has steady-going performance.It can be used to compare the anti-erosion and anti-corrosion properties of different materials and study the slurry erosion-corrosion mechanism.
