Erosion Failure Behavior Analysis of Furnace Tube Bend
摘 要
对失效的注汽锅炉的弯头样品剖开检查,测量分析了壁面的厚度、硬度、显微组织垢层的成分,尝试阐述其腐蚀过程及腐蚀机理.认为腐蚀坑的演变以及冲刷道的形成在弯头腐蚀受损过程起着关键作用,冲刷腐蚀在弯头总的腐蚀过程中占主导作用.
Abstract
The corrosion process and machanism of the elbow sample of the failed steam injection boiler was analyzed through tests of thickness,hardness and metallograph.The evolution of corrosion pits and the formation of erosion channel had an important effect on the elbow erosion.Erosion-corrosion was the main factor in the total elbow corrosion process.
