High Temperature Corrosion of Water Cooling Wall of Extrasupercritical Units
摘 要
介绍了国内首台超超临界机组水冷壁发生高温腐蚀的基本情况.对水冷壁管进行外观检查、金相分析和能谱微区成分分析,结果表明,管子外表面存在高温硫腐蚀,对发生腐蚀的原因作了探讨,并提出了预防措施.
Abstract
The basic status of high temperature corrosion of water cooling wall of the first domestic extrasupercritical (ESC) units is introduced.A water cooling wall tube was analyzed by means of macroscopy inspection,metallograpy analysis and EDS.The results showed that there was high temperature sulfur corrosion on outside surface of the water cooling wall tube.The corrosion reasons are discussed,and some prevention measures are presented.
