Evaluating the Diffusion Coefficient of Different Epoxy Resins with EIS
摘 要
涂层的抗渗透性能是涂层的防腐蚀性能最直接的体现,计算涂层中介质的扩散系数,对于研究涂层的使用寿命具有一定的指导意义.利用EIS技术测试了四种不同环氧当量的环氧树脂的抗渗透性能,分析了EIS图谱,得出了NaCl溶液中不同浸泡时间的涂层的电阻值和电容值,并计算了四种涂层的扩散系数.测试分析结果表明,环氧当量越小的树脂,抗渗透性能越好.
Abstract
The penetrability of coatings decides the anti-corrosion performance.Calculating the diffusion coefficient is useful for to evaluating the use life of the coating.The diffusion coefficient of different epoxy resins were evaluated by EIS.The curves of the resistance and capacitance of different epoxy resins vs immersion times were obtained. The results of analyses showed that the smaller the epoxide equivalent,is the better the anti-penetrability.
