Sacrificial Anode Performance of Iron-base Materials and Application to Cathodic Protection of 12Cr Steel Tubes
摘 要
采用恒电流试验测试了铁基材料在海水中的牺牲阳极性能,并结合12Cr钢管的极化和循环伏安曲线测试以及阴极保护的实海试验,分析了铁基阳极用于12Cr钢管牺牲阳极保护的可行性.结果表明,所选铁基阳极中材料C具有良好的牺牲阳极性能,工作电位稳定,电流效率高,溶解均匀,消耗慢:对12Cr钢管进行阴极保护时具有足够的驱动电压:实海阴极保护试验显示铁基阳极材料C对12Cr钢管有良好的保护效果.
Abstract
Sacrificial anode performance of iron-base materials was measured in seawater by constant current experiment and their feasibility of usage in cathodic protection of 12Cr steel tubes was analyzed by polarization curves and circulation Volt-Ampere curve.The results show that the material C had good sacrificial anode performance,steady working potential,and high current efficiency,even and slow dissolution,and enough driving potential to protect 12Cr steel tube.The results of marine cathodic protection experiment show that the material C had quite good protective effect on 12Cr steel tube.
