Effect of Si on Corrosion Resistance of Iron-based Alloys in Molten Zinc
摘 要
采用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)分析对含硅和不含硅的铁基合金在450 ℃液锌中的腐蚀行为进行了研究.结果表明:在浸锌时间不长的情况下,不含硅的铁基合金的耐锌蚀能力较好,随着浸锌时间的延长,含硅的铁基合金表现出较好的耐锌蚀能力,基体中Si的加入,界面处液相中Si富集,使得ζ相生长方式接近线性生长,导致腐蚀产物中的ζ相呈粗大的柱状,且腐蚀层中Г相消失,ζ相优先在Fe-Zn界面形成.
Abstract
Effect of Si on corrosion resistance of iron-based alloys in 450 ℃ molten zinc was investigated.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) were used to analyze the corrosion behavior of the iron-based alloys with and without Si in molten Zn.The results showed that the iron-base alloy without Si had better corrosion resistance at short time,but contrary at long time.There was a Si enrichment zone at the interface between alloy substrate and corrosion products,resulting in quick growth of the ζ phase with a coarse colummar shape.Г phase disappeared,ζ phase formed firstly at the interface of Fe-Zn.
