Corrosion Resistance Reliability of Ni-P Electroless Coating on Heat Exchanger
摘 要
Ni-P化学镀层在石化换热器得到较多的工业应用,其效果有好有坏.本文从换热器管程与壳程的施镀工艺入手,分析了Ni-P化学镀层质量与耐蚀性的关系,包括镀层厚度、针孔、粗糙度、磷含量、结合力、均匀度等,并为提高换热器Ni-P化学镀层耐蚀性提出了对策.
Abstract
There are many engineering applications of Ni-P electroless coatings on heat exchangers in petrochemical industry,their anticorrosion properties are different.Based on the coating processing technology in heat exchanger tube side and shell side,the relationship of coating quality and corrosion resistance is analyzed,including coating thickness,porosity,ronghness,phosphorus content,combining force and homogeneity etc.The protective measures are presented to promote the corrosion resistance of Ni-P coatings on heat exchangers.
