The Electroplating Process of Nano-ZrO2/Cr Composite Coatings
摘 要
将纳米浆料ZrO2加入基础铬镀液中进行电沉积,获得了纳米ZrO2/Cr复合镀层.对比研究单组分镀铬和复合镀工艺条件,结果表明:随着电流密度增大,两种电镀电流效率都是先增加,达到最大值后下降;电镀时间延长,相应镀层厚度增大,但超过20 min后,镀层外观粗糙.确定了适宜的电镀工艺范围:时间15~20 min,电流密度15~17.5 A/dm2,搅拌强度300 r/min,温度为25~30 ℃.SEM和能谱分析表明,复合镀层中纳米微粒分布均匀,锆元素的平均含量为1.45%(质量分数).
Abstract
A nano-ZrO2/Cr codeposition process was developed.The effects of bath composition and technical parameters on coating performance were studied.The appearance and components of nano-ZrO2/Cr coating were analysed by means of SEM and EDX.The optimal process parameters were achieved under the conditions of temperature 30 ℃,current density 15~17.5 A/dm2,plating time 20 min.The average content of ZrO2 in the coating was 1.45%,and the appearance of coating with nano particles was fine and uniform.
