Effect of Two Kinds of Accelerants on Corrosion Resistance of Cerium-based Conversion Film on Mg-Gd-Y-Zr Mg
摘 要
为了替代Cr6+化学转化膜处理工艺,在Mg-Gd-Y-Zr镁合金表面分别用苯甲酸钠和碳酸钠这两种成膜促进剂在CeCl3溶液中制备铈盐转化膜,通过正交试验方法获得了成膜的最佳工艺条件.利用扫描电镜分析手段对转化膜的微观形貌进行了分析 ,探讨了铈盐转化膜成膜机制.得到的铈盐化学转化膜具有优良的耐蚀性能.
Abstract
An orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the Ce-based process in CeCl3 solution with two kinds of accelerants of sodium benzoate and sodium carbonate to replace the Cr6+ conversion process on Mg-Gd-Y-Zr magnesium alloy.The morphology and formation mechanism of the conversion film were studied by SEM and electrochemical experiment.the optimal process was 30 ℃,40 min,CeCl3 0.005 mol/L with the sodium benzoate as accelerant,and the temperature should be 10 ℃ when the accelerant was sodium carbonate.The obtained coating has good corrosion resistance.
