Reasons and Preventive Measures for Pock Flaws on Coating Surface of Galvanized Steel Sheet
摘 要
通过扫描电子显微镜对热镀锌钢板镀层表面麻点缺陷的表面和断面形貌进行了观察,并对其进行了能谱分析.结果表明,镀层表面的麻点是由悬浮于锌液液面的细小氧化铁颗粒所致.如果在热镀锌生产过程中采取相应的措施,可以有效控制和减少此类缺陷的产生.
Abstract
The surface and cross-section of the pock flaws which appeared on the hot-dip galvanized coating were observed and analyzed by using SEM and energy spectroscopy.Results indicated that the pock flaws were caused by the granules of ferric oxide,which floated in the liquid zinc and were easily adhered on the coating surface.These defects could be controlled and decreased by taking effective preventive measures in the production process of hot-dip galvanizing.
