Evaluation of Sacrificial Anode Cathodic Protection of Steel Pipe Piles of a Wharf in Zhoushan
摘 要
舟山某码头钢管桩采取牺牲阳极阴极保护已10余年.通过检测阳极的表面形貌,计算阳极使用寿命,测量保护电位和检查钢管桩腐蚀状况,对牺牲阳极保护效果进行了评价和分析.结果表明,10年间钢管桩受到了充分有效的保护,阳极剩余寿命在10年以上,实际使用寿命将大于设计寿命.
Abstract
Sacrificial anode cathodic protection system of steel pipe piles of a wharf in Zhoushan has operated for more than 10 years.The sacrificial anode protection effect is evaluated and analyzed by examining appearance,calculating service life of the anodes,measuring protection potentials and inspecting corrosion status of the steel pipe piles.The results show that steel pipe piles have been pretected effectively in this ten years,and the residual life of the sacrificial anode should be more than ten years.The actural application life of sacrificial anode would surpass the design life.
