Corrosion Inhibitor Synthesized from Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Seed Oil and Its Inhibition Performance
摘 要
以花椒籽油、二乙烯三胺和氯化苄为原料,经过酰胺化、环化和季铵化反应合成了咪唑啉季铵盐H.用失重法评价了H的缓蚀性能.研究结果表明,制备的缓蚀剂H在盐酸体系中对A20钢有很好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀效率为93.5%~98.5%,在60 ℃的4%的盐酸中,其使用浓度为50 mg/L时,A20钢的腐蚀速率仅为0.779 g/m2·h.
Abstract
Using zanthoxylum bungeanum seed oil,diethylene triamine and benzyl chloride as raw materials,imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt(H) was synthesized through amidation,cyclization and quartemarization reactions.The anti-corrision property of inhibitor H was investigated by weight-loss method.The results indicated that inhibitor H could offer good corrosion inhibition for A20 steel,and its anti-corrosion efficiency could achieve 93.5%~98.5% in 4% HCl solution at 60 ℃.The corrosion rate of A20 steel was reduced to 0.779 g/m2·h with 50 mg/L inhibitor H in 4% HCl solution.
